Now that you've begun the presentation and set the scene, a great place to begin is by acknowledging how representative the scores that you will soon share are of your entire organization.

While exporting the presentation, you will be asked which demographic you would like to have participation broken down by. Use a demographic that will make the most sense to your audience. For the example below, Country would make the most sense for a global organization where Country is a more valuable breakdown than perhaps Department.

Tip: See Participation rates for more considerations on interpreting your participation rate. Keep an eye open for any groups that participation rates below 60%, those you will want to highlight.
