The Culture Amp app in Slack and Microsoft Teams automatically responds to your shoutouts in a thread. These short, randomized responses help build engagement, celebrate good work, and create fun.
Automated responses are enabled by default, but you can turn them off. Just go to Settings > Shoutouts in Culture Amp, find the App Response tab, and toggle off the Culture Amp app responses option. This won’t affect emoji responses or added values.
What Are the Automated Responses?
We automatically include the name of the person who received or gave the shoutout in some automated responses.
