The new Surveys administrator role is now available for all customers, allowing organizations to delegate survey administration and reporting without granting access to sensitive employee data or account settings. This role enables users to create and launch surveys while restricting access to managing employee data, assigning roles, or changing account configurations. It provides a more flexible way to control access in Culture Amp, addressing the need for granular permissions and reducing reliance on the full Account Admin role. Learn more.

We're excited to announce that the History Import page has received a fresh new look! This upgrade enhances both speed and usability, making your experience more efficient. Additionally, we've made significant improvements to accessibility, ensuring a smoother experience.

We’re excited to announce that the Slack communication toggle for Performance is back on the notifications page! This feature was temporarily hidden earlier this year while we worked on improving the Performance Rebuild. During that time, customers needed to reach out to our Culture Amp support team to manage Slack notifications. Now, Account Admins can easily enable or disable Slack communications directly through the Account Settings > Notifications page. Learn more.

The employee data admin role is now available in GA. This new role lets admins delegate access to manage employee data without granting access to surveys or account settings. The Employee Data Admin is the first step in providing more flexible permissions at Culture Amp. Learn more.

Culture Amps Performance Module is now integrated with Figures Compensation Planning platform. Using this integration, Performance customers can bring their performance data into compensation reviews run with Figures to make more informed compensation decisions for their employees and eliminate spreadsheet planning. Customers can now integrate their ADP HRIS with Culture Amp to import their Employee Data into the platform. This negates the need for manual data upload or SFTP setup. Learn more.

We have introduced a new feature that allows Account Admins to deactivate employee records, but doesn’t rely on adding an end date to the employee record. Learn more.
