We’re excited to announce that the Slack communication toggle for Performance is back on the notifications page! This feature was temporarily hidden earlier this year while we worked on improving the Performance Rebuild. During that time, customers needed to reach out to our Culture Amp support team to manage Slack notifications. Culture Amps Performance Module is now integrated with Figures Compensation Planning platform. Using this integration, Performance customers can bring their performance data into compensation reviews run with Figures to make more informed compensation decisions for their employees and eliminate spreadsheet planning. Customers can now integrate their ADP HRIS with Culture Amp to import their Employee Data into the platform. This negates the need for manual data upload or SFTP setup. Learn more.
