Roles: All users. Actions Full Permissions adds oversight of plans across your organization.
Survey types: Attributed (Snapshot), Unattributed
Subscriptions: Any package with Engagement
An action plan is where you turn survey results into follow-through. You create an action plan from a survey report, break it into action items with owners and due dates, and track progress.
Create your action plan after you have reviewed your results and want to agree what to change, assign the work, and see how it is going.
Getting started
There are two ways to start setting up your action plan depending on the survey. You can tell which path is correct based on the Take action button available on your report.
🆕 Action Plans
Navigate to the survey report you would like to create an action plan for.
Click Take Action and select Create action plan in the dropdown.

Action Framework (legacy experience)
Navigate to the survey report you would like to create an action plan for.
Click Take Action (no dropdown)
Follow our guide to take action with the Action Framework
💡 Tip: You can easily tell the difference in which path to take based on whether the button has a dropdown or not.
