The Inspiration Engine is a curated list of micro learnings and ideas for taking action on Survey Results as part of the Action Framework. Inspirations are provided by Culture Amp (default), Thought Leaders, or can be customized for your organization.
Inspirations are written to allow for simple replication and adaptation when using them. They are also succinct so that managers and teams can efficiently peruse a list of ideas and pick those that best fit their team's needs and goals.
When a manager selects a focus area, our platform automatically surfaces the appropriate inspirations. Managers are able to read through the ideas for action, select those that resonate, and edit to put into their own words.
Thought Leader Inspirations
Culture Amp works with the best thought leaders in the field to create inspirations along side our own. We only select partners who share our mission - to make the world a better place to work. We also look for credible domain expertise and companies who have relevant, useful and engaging content.
Every company is unique, so we believe in offering a diverse range of inspirations to guide you on the best way to take action. Our current thought leader partners include Atlassian, VegaFactor, Argo Collective, Disco, LifeLabs, Work on Wellbeing and Paradigm - all of whom bring unique expertise in a variety of fields from team plays and gender inclusion, to leadership and individual wellbeing.
How do I access thought leader content?
All customers automatically get access to all of our thought leader content at no extra charge. Thought leader inspirations can be viewed alongside all other suggested inspirations in the Action Framework as you use the question templates (please note, not all questions have associated partner content).
Tailoring the Inspiration Engine for your company
While the power of our Inspiration Engine comes from the collective intelligence of our community, we know that many of our customers will want to tailor the Inspiration Engine for their particular company cultures. If you have a unique idea for action that you want to share with your managers, you can add this action to your Inspiration Engine. And if you feel like a specific inspiration may distract your employees from taking action (for example, an inspiration that you may not think your managers have the capacity to take on), you can hide this inspiration.
We encourage you to include references and links to your organization's resources, so that employees can easily get to the information they need to take action.
